These terms govern use of Ventryn LLC public websites for Government, Software, and Creative work.

Purpose

The site is an informational company world and Request Center. It does not make a binding offer, procurement commitment, partnership, employment relationship, or promise of product availability. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement signed by Ventryn.

Requests

A Request Center submission is not confidential unless Ventryn signs a separate written agreement covering it. Do not submit confidential third-party information, credentials, regulated data, source code, classified information, controlled material, export-controlled material, or material covered by another party's non-disclosure agreement. Government visitors must not use this site for sensitive or controlled information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, harvest data, impersonate others, or use the service unlawfully.

Intellectual property

Site content, design, code, and visual material are owned by or licensed to Ventryn LLC. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes; other use requires written permission.
