These Terms of Service govern your use of ventryn.com and Ventryn-operated division subdomains for Government, Software, Games, Publishing, and Operations, operated by Ventryn LLC, a Texas-registered limited liability company. By accessing those public web properties, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Acceptance

By visiting Ventryn public web properties, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors and anyone who submits information through Contact Us, Start Project if made available, or similar intake forms.

2. Purpose Of This Site

This site is informational and intake-focused. It describes Ventryn, the divisions we operate, and public ways to contact us. Division pages, Coming Soon placeholders, project intake previews, availability notices, and descriptive copy do not create a binding offer, contract, procurement commitment, partnership, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, or guarantee of services. Any engagement with Ventryn is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by Ventryn.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including copy, design, graphics, code, layout, division names, visual assets, and descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Ventryn LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify, distribute, frame, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from site content without prior written permission. The Ventryn name, wordmark, logos, and division branding are trademarks or trade dress of Ventryn LLC.

4. Submissions And Project Intake

When you submit a contact form or an available project intake form, you grant Ventryn a limited, non-exclusive license to read, store, evaluate, summarize, route, generate intake reports from, and use your submission for responding to your inquiry, preparing scoping notes, and ordinary business administration. Submissions are not confidential unless and until Ventryn signs a separate written non-disclosure agreement covering that information.

Do not submit confidential third-party information, regulated data, trade secrets, source code, credentials, protected health information, payment card data, classified information, export-controlled material, or material subject to a non-disclosure agreement with another party. You represent that you have the right to submit the information you provide and that it does not violate another party's rights or legal obligations.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse this site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, overload the service, harvest data, impersonate others, or use the site for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ventryn LLC and its members, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or security incidents arising from use of this site. Ventryn's total liability for any claim related to these terms or site use will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ventryn LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your submissions, your violation of these terms, or your infringement or violation of another person's rights.
