Ventryn LLC ("Ventryn," "we," "our") is a Texas-registered limited liability company operating ventryn.com and Ventryn division subdomains for Government, Software, Games, Publishing, and Operations. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit those public web properties or contact us through them, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

The public website is informational and intake-focused. We do not sell products directly through it, maintain public user accounts, or process payments here. If you have questions not answered below, email support@ventryn.com.

1. Information We Collect

Contact and project intake submissions. When you submit Contact Us forms, or Start Project intake forms if made available through an approved preview or future public release, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company or organization, company website, preferred contact method, phone number if supplied, selected division or topic, message, project description, current project stage, timeline, budget range, and other intake answers. We also collect source page metadata and basic technical metadata such as a one-way hash derived from your IP address and browser user agent for abuse prevention and operational troubleshooting.

Analytics data. Google Analytics collects aggregate usage information such as pages viewed, device type, browser, general region, and similar site-performance data. Analytics data is not combined with contact or project intake submissions to build individual advertising profiles.

Server logs and security signals. Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure generate operational logs when hosting, App Check, and backend functions run. These logs record technical data such as timestamps, response codes, origin host, and abuse-prevention signals. We do not intentionally log the content of form submissions in infrastructure logs.

2. How We Use Information

Contact and project intake data is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, prepare scoping notes, route the request to the relevant Ventryn division, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain records related to the conversation. We may send an automated acknowledgement email and receive an internal notification so we can follow up.

We do not use contact or project intake data for advertising, mailing lists, or unrelated purposes beyond the inquiry you initiated and ordinary business administration. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Service Providers

Running this site involves a small number of service providers acting on our behalf:

• Google Cloud Platform and Firebase host the website, provide App Check abuse protection, run backend functions, and store accepted form submissions in Firestore. Data is stored in United States regions unless a later service agreement says otherwise.
• Resend delivers automated acknowledgement email after a contact or project intake submission and may deliver a PDF copy of a project intake report when that intake flow is available.
• Google Analytics provides aggregate website analytics.

4. Cookies And Analytics

Ventryn does not use advertising networks, social tracking pixels, or session-recording tools on this website. Analytics cookies may be active; you can control or delete cookies through your browser settings or use Google's analytics opt-out tools.

5. Data Retention

Contact and project intake submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date received, unless an ongoing business relationship, dispute, security investigation, legal obligation, or accounting obligation requires longer retention. Records required for legal or accounting purposes are retained as long as those obligations require.

6. Your Rights

You may contact us at support@ventryn.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability for personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

California residents may have rights to know what personal information is collected, how it is used and shared, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights. Ventryn does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

EEA, UK, and Swiss residents may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to lodge a complaint with a local supervisory authority. Depending on context, we process website and intake information for legitimate business interests, to take steps requested by you before a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or with consent where required.

7. Children's Privacy

This site and Ventryn's divisions are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last updated date. If changes are material, we will note that on this page for at least 30 days following the update.
