Ventryn LLC operates the Ventryn public website and its district sites for Government, Software, and Creative work. This policy describes the information handled when you visit or use the Request Center.

Information we collect

The Request Center collects your name, email address, selected route, an approved public product only when one is selected, and the message you choose to send. We also retain the source page, a one-way IP-derived abuse-prevention hash, browser user-agent, and delivery status. Do not submit passwords, classified, controlled, export-controlled, or other sensitive material.

How we use it

We use a request only to route, review, secure, and respond to it. Ventryn does not sell request data or use it for advertising. Every Request Center submission receives a server-owned immutable reference; it does not create a public portal or account.

Service providers and retention

Firebase and Google Cloud provide hosting, abuse protection, functions, and private request storage. Resend may deliver the acknowledgement and internal routing notice. Optional aggregate analytics remain off unless you enable them through Cookie settings. Request records are retained for up to 24 months unless a lawful or operational exception applies.

Your choices

You can choose Necessary only or allow aggregate analytics in Cookie settings. You may contact support@ventryn.com about privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where law permits or requires.
